Today we received a visit from www.pilotsforkids.org. It was so much fun! Santa was with them too. They gave Amber some presents and talked to her. It was great hearing about their organization!
Amber is doing great!! She is receiving very little oxygen. All IVs are gone and she is continuing to be taken off her medications. She is more alert today for sure. A huge difference from the past 24 days. I believe she finally recognizes me and seems to know what is going on. The plan is to take her off all oxygen very soon. She will then go for 24 hours without any help and then we hope to be homebound!
We are feeling especially thankful for not only answered prayer(s), but the support and love we have received from all of you. Thank you!!
